The concept for this unique residential project came to mind immediately after a visit to the enchanting old neighbourhood.

"Living in a painting" was exactly what it felt like. and since the umbrella concept of Cim Lustigman is "The Art of Building", the natural idea was to represent the project through use of "Naive Israeli Art".

We asked Yana Bokler, an accomplished painter and Illustrator to come up with a series of paintings of the building and its beautiful surroundings.

We created a complete real-estate marketing package, including: website, movie, brochure, floor plans, luxurious presentation box and signage.
